Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all software, licences and services bought from SPM Solution (“we”, “us”) through this website, by phone or through our resellers. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Software licence

Each purchase gives you a licence to use the software for your own business on the number of computers stated at the time of purchase. The software remains our property. You may not copy, resell, rent, reverse-engineer or share the licence or setup files without our written permission.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees. Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay; we never see or store your card or bank details. A GST invoice is issued on request — please share your GSTIN at checkout.

3. Installation and activation

After payment our team contacts you on the mobile number you provided to install the software remotely (AnyDesk / UltraViewer) and activate your licence. Please keep your computer available and connected to the internet at the agreed time.

4. Support and updates

Support is available Monday to Saturday, 10 am – 6 pm, by phone and WhatsApp. [Free support and updates are included for the first 12 months; after that an annual support plan may apply.]

5. Your data and backups

Your business data stays on your own computer. You are responsible for taking regular backups. We are not liable for data loss caused by hardware failure, viruses, power cuts or improper use.

6. Free demo

Demo versions are provided to evaluate the software and may have limits. When you download a demo we save your name, mobile number, city and state so our team can help you.

7. Limitation of liability

The software is designed to assist with billing, accounting and compliance; you remain responsible for checking figures and filing returns correctly. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the licence.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at [Supaul, Bihar].
