At SPM Solution, every software comes with a free demo version, so you can test all its features on your own computer before you buy. Please download and use the demo, and clear all your doubts with our team, before making a payment.

No Refund Policy

Because a free demo is provided for testing, all purchases are final. We do not offer refunds or cancellations once payment for a software licence has been made, whether or not the software has been installed or activated.

This also applies to:

- Change of mind after purchase

- Buying the wrong software or edition

- Not using the software after purchase

- Requirements that were not checked in the demo before buying

- Custom development, website, app, design or support services once work has started

Payment Problems

If money was debited from your account but the payment failed, or you were charged twice for the same order by mistake, the extra or failed amount is returned to your original payment method. This usually happens automatically through your bank or Razorpay within 5–7 working days. If it does not, contact us with your order number and payment reference and we will help.
